Indenture of Agreement. (1) Edward VI, and (2) Edward, Duke of Somerset By Act of Parliament, 3 & 4 Edward VI, on lands of Duke of Somerset, King to pay by Treasurer of Court of Augmentations, without a warrant, all annuities to all who could show letters patent relating thereto, annuity of £22 to Peter Vane, £40-8-½ to Richard Cook D.D., £75 to Lomelynne, merchant stranger, £101-12-10 to Lord Audeleye, £20 to William Cornewalles, £50 to Lady Page, widow, £17 to Margaret Hiot, 25s. 8d. to John Page, widow, £17 to Margaret Hiot, 25s. 8d. to John Bemgre, 25s. 8d. to William Smotewell, 25s. 8d. to John Bennet, £4 to John Bedwyne, 26s. 8d. to John Pressour, widow, £5 to John Pylkyngton, 40s. to Thomas Childe, 50s. to John Bigge, £6-6-8 to John Rogers, £12 to John Hunte, £12 to Robert Perynt, £10 to Henry Spicer, £10 to John Tybbes, £6-13-4 to John Parke, £8 to Thomas Rowsell, 6s. 6d. to William Marten, 6s. 8d. to Michael Stormyng, £50 to Thomas Robertson, clerk, the Duke and Lady Anne, his wife to be acquitted of them.
