Indenture of Sale. (1) Sir Edward Seymour, of London, kt., and (2) Richard Ryche, of Shelley, co. Essex. William Byrche, of London, gent., by indenture, 10 May 23 Henry VIII, made with Seymour sold manor of Lytell Badow, advowson of same and a mill, co. Essex. Seymour for £600 sells same to Ryche. Seal ; signature : Richard Ryche.
