To make a lawful estate of manor of Brompton Rauf, co. Somerset, with lands etc. belonging ; all lands etc. in cos. Devon and Somerset, late belonging to chantry of Marwood, co. Devon ; lands in Baunton, co. Devon, late chantry of Baunton; lands etc, in Goodlegh, Colompton, Aysshereigney and Ryngesayshe, co. Devon, late gild of St. Nicholas in Colompton ; lands etc. called Woodcockhays, in Holberton, co. Devon, late fraternity of St. John the Baptist in Holberton. Seal; signature : John Bathon.
