King, by advice of Court of Augmentations under seal of that Court, indenture (blank) 32 Henry VIII, leased to Seynour, 40½ a. of glebe land in the Kirkefelde, p. of Kirkebykesdall, co. Westmorland, tithes of Barrowfelde, Helsyngton and residue of Kirkekendall, late monastery of St. Mary in suburbs of city of York, 21 years, £81-5-5½ p.a. Assignment to Latell for £300. Tag, signature : Cristoffer Lassale.
