Indenture of Agreement. (1) Edward, Duke of Somerset, Earl of Hertford, Viscount Beauchamp, Lord Seymour K.G., Earl Marshal of England and High Treasurer of the same, Governor of King and Protector of his Realm, and (2) John Barnardiston, of Northevell, co. Bedf., esq., Surrender by Barniston to Duke of interest in manor of Grafton, co. Wilts., and lands in Grafton, Bedwyn and Wilton, co. Wilts., the Duke to procure a lease of the demesne lands etc. of the manor of Rysinge, co. Norf., and of marshes etc. in Rysinge, Rydon, Northewotton, Southwotton and Bawaye, co. Norf. Seal, signature : John Barnardyston.
