(1) John, Duke of Northumberland, Earl of Warwick and Earl Marshal of England, Viscount Lysley, Baron Malpas and Somerey Bassett Tyas and Lord of Duddeley, Great Master and Steward of King's Household, President of Privy Council, and Warden General of all the Marches of England against Scotland, and (2) Sir Richard Verney kt. Henry VIII, by letters patent, 15 February 31 Henry VIII, by advice of the General Surveyors, for surrender by Symon Hyett of indenture, under seal of late monastery of Reding, co.Berks. of demise of site of manor of Ivington and lands, and for £20, lease of same, pasture and pannage of Inyngton Parke, pasture called Fattinge Moore, mill called Ivingtons mill, and tithes in Ivington, Brerely, Penvyn, Warton, Stagbache and Clorkestrey, tithes of tenement in Leomynster called Redings place and Weathernes, certain stock etc., 21 years, £46-13-4 p.a.
