Description

Indenture of Sale. (1) Sir Thomas Palmer kt., and (2) John Fylde, of Kyngesnorton, co. Worcs. Sale by Fylde for £153-6-8 of messuage called Seyes, in Kyngesnorton co. Worcs., and an orchard, garden 2 crofts, pasture called Ilfeld, meadow called Bradmedowe, another called Seyes medowe, pasture called Tymynge, yearly rent of 13s. 4d. from tenement called Watgrave, 4 pastures called Seytes, Hypkyns, Brokys and Raylyez, in lordship of Brymynghame, co. Warw., pasture called Whytelocks feld, in Solyhull, co. Warw., tenement, orchard and 2 crofts in Stodeley, co. Warw. Seal, signature: John Fyld. Acknowledgment before William Shelley, at Serjeants Inn, in Flete Street, 29 November 1 Edward VI. Also signature : Willm Sparry. Endorsement of enrolment on dorse of Close Roll.
