Indenture of Agreement. (1) Edward VI, and (2) Richard Sakevyle esq. Sir Edward North kt., Chancellor of Court of Augmentations, stood bound for payment of £3,000 for arrears of office of Treasurer of Court of Augmentations to be paid by instalments. King agrees to take Richard Sakevyle to be debtor for £2,000, parcel of Said £3,000, to be paid by instalments. Power given to Sir Thomas Moyle, Sir Walter Myldmay and Sir John Williams to take bonds or else lands to clear yearly value of £300 for 10 years. Sakevyle grants manors of Ore, co. Suss., and lands thereof, manor of Castlyng and lands thereof, co. Suss., and manors of Oldbury and Seybeal, co. Suss., manor of Sensyng, co. Suss., manor of Frenchecourte and lands thereof, manor of Croxton, co. Camb., manor of Greate Grannesden, co. Hunts., manors of Fokington and Broughton, co.
