Indenture of Lease. (1) Thomas, Earl of Surrey, Treasurer of England, and (2) Sir Edward Stanley kt. and Elizabeth, his wife, late wife of Sir Thomas Cokseykt. Edward and Elizabeth, in right of Elizabeth, should have the manor of Lyttyll Bokham, co. Surr., in full recompense of dower, except manor of Lee, co. Lincs. They now demise the manor of Lityll Bokham to the Earl 41 years, £19 p.a. Seal, signature : E. STANLEY.
