Indenture of Sale. (1) John, Earl of Warwick, Viscount Lysle, K.G., Great Chamberlain of England, and (2) Robert Pakynhame, of Totyngbeke, co. Surr., esq. and Elizabeth, his wife. Margaret Barkeley, of Bukmynster, co. Rutland, widow, late wife of Morice Barkeley esq., dec., and mother of Elizabeth, holds for life, a messuage and lands in Burton Lisle, otherwise Burton Saynt Lazars, co. Leics., reversion in Robert Pakinhame and Elizabeth. They for £33-6-8 paid by Earl, sale of reversion. 2 seals, signature : Robert Pakenham.
