Yorks., gent., to Queen Elizabeth of his term of years in cottages in Sherifhutton, of annual value 29s. 6d., late monastery of Marton, same co., and lands called Collyerbalk and Gallowreyne, in Sherifhutton, of annual rent of 2s., cottage, annual rent 4s., like, 4s. i a. meadow in Sydeynge, annual rent 2s., 11½ a. meadow called Horseclose in Sherifhutton, annual rent 23s., tenement and 6 bovates of land in Sherifhutton, annual rent 32s. 2d., 2 bovates, annual rent 10s. 1d., tenement, annual rent 13s. 0½d., cottage, annual rent 5s. like 12d., 4s., 2s. 6d., 3s., 5s., 4d, 4s., 2 closes of land and pasture called Castlegarth and Conygarth, annual rent 6s. 8d., parcel of land or marsh called Karwoode, annual rent 6s., 4d., close called the Orchard Close, 20d., parcel of land or mountain called Le Wyndemylne hill, 12d., cottage in Stanton, co. Yorks., 14d., late Priory of Nollesby, messuage and a bovate in Olde Malton, co. Yorks., 20s. Seal, signature : Ric. Hebborne. Acknowledged before J. Gybon, Master in Chancery.
