Lease of hall called the Freers Hall, with parlour, buttery and 4 chambers called the Freers Chambers, a garden, 2 low chambers and 2 upper chambers over them, a kitchen, within the precincts of the late dissolved monastery of the Minors without Algate, London, 99 years, 37s. 8d. p.a. Confirmation by the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of St. Andrews, Wells, 1 December 33 Henry VIII Note in hand of and signature of Will. Bathoniensis. The years be 99.
