Grant by the Master and Wardens, Brothers ans Sisters of the Gild or Fraternity of St. Mary, of the Drapers, London. Thomas Cremor and John Bounde, citizens and drapers of London, by their writing dated at London, 26 March 1504, 19 Henry VII, granted to John Hart, citizen and grocers of London, an annuity of £5-6-8 and various messuages etc., namely messuage called the White Bulle on le Hope, in West Smythfeld, p. of St. Sepulchres without Newgate, in the ward of Faryngdon without, in suburbs of city of London, lands in Basyngshawe and in p. of St. Michaels Basyngshawe, London, namely a great mansion, with another tenement called le Cage, and 16 shops and gardens in same street and p., and tenements in p, of St. Michael in Riola, London, called St. Michael Pater Noster Chirche in ward of Dowgate, London. Grant by the Gild to John Hart, if the annuity of £566-8 remains unpaid for 40 days they will make payment. Seal.
