Demise of a chamber and an old house adjoining called the Brewhouse and Bakehouse, and a shed at the south end of the same, also a chamber with a study called the Minister's Lodging, with the rooms or chambers pertaining, within the precincts of the late monastery of the Minors, now called Bathe Place, without Algate, city of London, 50 years, 10s. p.a. Confirmation by the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of St. Andrews, Wells, 29 March 1542. 2 seals. signature L Will. Bathon.
