The Bishop, by indenture, 10 December 4 Edward VI, confirmed by Dean and Chapter of Cathedral Church of Wells, granted to Duke, the manor of Welles, co. Somerset, the borough of Welles and the hundred of Welles Agreed that annuities etc. (detailed) if charged against the premises, the Duke to enter the manor of Wyvelescombe, co.
