Indenture to Uses. (1) Nicholas Vaux kt., and (2) Dame Anne Cheyne, widow of Sir Thomas Cheyne kt., Francis Hasylden esq., James Stevenson, clerk, and Henry Wykeley gent., executors of Will of Sir Thomas Cheyne.
