Pope, by indenture, 10 April 31 Henry VIII, (see E 328/86) sold to James Leveson, the site of late Priory of Trentham (details as above). Sale of premises by Pope to King for £2,100. Seal andsignature of Thomas Pope. Acknowledgment before Richard Ryche kt., Chancellor of Court of Augmentations, and Walter Hendle esq., Attorney of that Court, 15 March 32 Henry VIII, with their signatures.
