Grant by Thomas Whyte, clerk, prebendary of the prebend of Normanton, in the Collegiate Church of St. Mary the Virgin Southwell, co. Notts., to Henry VIII, of his prebend and all manors etc. Dated in the Chapter House, Southwell Attached is the confirmation of the Chapter of Southwell, same date. The whole has seals of Chapter and Thomas Whyte and signature of Thomas Whyte. Also acknowledgment taken with signatures : No. Bacon, William Cowper, William Bolles. Endorsement of enrolment on dorse of Close Roll.
