By deed of enfeoffment of even date Thomas enfeoffed Peter, jointly with Robert Pargittur and William Neele, in a messuage and toft called Hynkley, in Atneston, co. Northants., and 16 a. land called Illyng, in fields of Atneston, Mortgage for £6 payable Nativity of St. Margaret. Tag.
