A foolscap book of 10 ff. unbound, having the following contemporary deascription on f. 1 : "In this booke is contenyde Coppys of Evidence concernynge the londs and Tenements of Syr Henre Wiatt knyght lyenge in Maideston' waythe in the borowe of Westre and in other places laite purchased of William Dyne and his sonne". There follow transcripts of 20 grants of lands in Maidstone.
