Bull of Urban VI for the Prior and Convent of Carthusians nigh London, confirming grant by his predecessor Clement VI, on foundation by Walter de Manny kt., licence of the ordinary, of a cemetery for the burial of the poor, and of a chapel to be built, acollege of twelve chaplains to be supported by three benefices in England, of a yearly rent of £100, by Michael, Bishop of London, and Manny, not instituted, but changed to a convent of Carthusian order. Yearly value &300. Archbishop of Canterbury to make provision. Dated at Rome, at St. Mary over Tiber. Endorsed : Registratur.
