Notarial Instrument of arrangements made between Henry, Earl of Northumberland K.G., and Henry VIII on sale of lands etc. by Earl to King. Instrument made in Queen's Chamber, in dwelling house of Richard Lucas, at the sign of the White Hart, in the town of Newark, co. Notts. Document of 3 February 26 Henry VIII. The Earl to be allowed to make jointure for life to any wife, of yearly value of 500 marks ; the Earl to have lands of yearly value of £500 to pay debts ; the Earl empowered to grant annuities to yearly value of £100 etc. Signature, seal and counterseal of Earl.
