Approval and Ratification by the Chapter of the Cathedral Church of York, the Dean being abroad, of letters of Richard de Bryggehall, son and heir of Richard de Bryggehall, formerly citizen and merchant of York, dec., on the foundation of a chantry at the altar of St. John the Baptist, in the church of St. John the Baptist, in the church of St. John the Evangelist, near the Vse Bridge, York, Dated at York, 10 October 1400. Sealed in Chapter House.
