Warw., compl., and Gilbert Urmeston, of Legh, esq., and Elizabeth, his wife, deforc., 12 messuages, 160 a. land, 30a. meadow, 40 a. pasture and 4 a. wood in Legh, and the advowson of the church of Legh. Dated in the Chancery of Lancaster, at Lancaster. Seal of Duchy of Lancaster.
