Grant, by Roger Williams, of Parke, co. Brechon, esq., to William James, of Llanynys, same co., gent., and James Lloyd, of Disserth, co. Radnor, gent., of a capital messuage called Y Noyath and Tir here y Noyath, containing 1 house, 1 garden, 1 dovecot, and a close of 3a. land, etc., lately purchased by Roger Williams of John ap John Lloyd; a messuage lately purchased by him of David ap Ieuan Gwillim Madog, called Tir Gwillim Pankin, Tir Pen y graig, and Tir Allt y Gove, containing 2 houses, 1 barn, 1 garden, 1 orchard and 9a. arable and pasture, 1a. meadow, 3a. wood; a messuage etc. which Rise ap Howell now inhabits, called Tir y Bupleren, with stable etc. lately purchased by Roger Williams of Watkin ap Ieuan Gwyn; a messuage etc. lately purchased by Roger Williams of Rickard ap Ieuan Dye and Rice ap Rickard, called Ty a Gardd Rickard ap Ieuan Dye; a messuage etc. lately purchased by Roger Williams of Thomas ap Owen, called Ty Lewis weyth; all in Llanvair in Buellt, co. Brechon; lands etc. called Tir Pen y glanne ycha, of which Watkin ap Ieuan Gwyn enfeoffed Roger Williams by charter, 2 October 43 Elizabeth I; a messuage etc. in which Richard John Watkin now dwells, purchased by Roger Williams of Watkin ap Ieuan Gwyn; a messuage which John Johnes now occupies, called Tir Kae y Pandy; all in Llanganten, co. Brechon; a messuage called Tir William Powell Lewis, in which David ap John now dwells, in Llangynog, co. Brechon; and lands etc. called Pen Mayne, in Llanvyhangell brynpabean, co. Brechon.
