Bond in £100, by Rice Gwyn of Llanganten, co. Brechon, gent., and Thomas Gwyn, of Llanvihangell Brynpabean, same co., gent., to Richard Winter, of Llysswen, co. Brechon, gent., for peaceful occupation of 4 messuages etc., in Llanvair in Buellt, co. Brecknock, viz. Tuy Owen Bannwr, now in tenure of David Bedes, clerk, near Heol y Wilcocks; Tuy Maur Ynglan y Fynnon, adjoining yr Heol Issa, now in tenure of Jane vergh John, late wife of David Morgan Ychan, dec.,; another in tenure of Morgan David Morgan, in yr Heol Issa; and another in tenure of David ap David Rickard and Mauld vergh David, his mother, in yr Heol Issa.
