Indenture of Agreement, by John Williams, of Parke, co. Brecknock, esq., and Marie Jones, daughter of Sir Thomas Jones, late of Abermarles, co. Carmerthen, kt., dec., with Sir Henrie Jones, of Abermarles, co. Carmerthen, kt., eldest brother of Marie, Harbert Jones, of Llangattock, co. Monmouthe, esq., brother of Marie Jones, David Gwyn, of Hoggesbrooke, co. Carmerthen, esq., and Thomas Powell, of Llanelweth, co. Radnor, gent., before next Great Sessions to be held for co. Brecknock to acknowledge fine sur conusans de droit of messuages etc. in Llanvihangell Bryn pa byan, Llanvair yn Byelt, Llanganten, and Llangonock, co. Brecknock; to wit Tir y Parke ar Irvon in Llanvihangell bryn pa byan, Llanvair yn Byelt and Llanganten; to Melin y Parke in Llanvihangell bryn pa byan; Tir y Noyadd otherwise Tir John ap John Lloyd, Tir Gwillim Penkin; Tir pen y Graig, Tir Allte y gove, Tir y Bopleren, Tir Richard ap Jevan Dy, and Ty a gardd Lewes weyth in Llanvair yn Byelte; Tir Pen y glanney ycha and the late dwelling house or messuage of Richard John Watkin and the lands adjoining, between the highway and the River Irvon in Llanganten; Tir William Powell Lewes in Llangonock; and Tir Pen Meyney in Llanvihangell Bryn pa byan; the premises to be conveyed by name of 11 messuages, 11 barns, 1 water grist-mill, 10 gardens, 2 orchards, 100a. arable land, 100a. meadow, 100a. pasture, 100a. wood, and a third part of 30 messuages, 12 barns, 30 gardens, 4 orchards, 300 a. land, 150a. meadow, 150a. pasture, 100a. wood, in Llanvihangell bryn pa byan, Llanvair yn Byelt, Llanganten, Llangonock, Llanynys, and Maesmynys.
