Indenture of Agreement, by Rees Gwynne, otherwise Lloyd, of town of Llanvair yn Byellth, co. Brecknock, gent., Elianore, his wife, and Richard Wynter, of Llangoed, same co., gent., and Anne, his wife, with John Williams, of Parke, co. Brecon, esq., before next Great Sessions for co. Brècknocke, to acknowledge a fine sur conusans de droit, of 4 messuages, tenements or burgages, 1 barn, 5 gardens, 2a. arable land in Llanvair yn Byellthe, one messuage being in the street called Heol Wilcox, now or late in tenure of Roger Jenkins, clerk, called Tuy gardd Kloes a Skybor Owen Banwr, one messuage called y Ty Mawr ynglan y ffynnon, with garden etc. in the street called yr Heol Issa, now or late in tenure of Jevan Thomas, mason, one messuage, with garden etc. in the same street now or late in tenure of Ales David, widow, one messuage, with garden etc., in same street, now or late in tenure of David ap David ap Rickard and Maulde vergh David.
