Indenture of Sale for £60, by Raffe Calveley, of Salghton, co. Chester, gent., Thomas Case, of Chester, gent., and John Cotton, of Huntington, co. Chester, yeoman, to Thomas Handley, of Boughton, co. Chester, yeoman, of a close called Parkefeilde, now orlate in tenure of Thomas Handley, at yearly rent of 16s. 8d., in Huntington, co. Chester, which he had by lease, 22 November 43 Elizabeth I, from Richarde Cotton, of Warblington, co. Southampton, esq., and Marie, his wife.
