Chester, yeoman, and (2) William Taylor, of Boughton, otherwise Great Boughton, yeoman, and (3) Thomas Linyall, Alderman of Chester, Thomas Foxe, of (Great) Boughton, gent., John Aston, of Mosten, co. Chester, and John Lyniall, of Chester, gent., in consideration of the marriage solemnized between William Davemport, son and heir apparent of Hugh Davemport, and Jane, now wife of William Davemport, and daughter and heir apparent of William Taylor, within a year to convey a capital messuage in (Great) Boughton, in tenure of Hugh Davemport, to uses.
