Chester, gent., and John Aldersey, his son and heir apparent, to Rauff Waryne, otherwise Rauff Wryne, gent., of the capital messuage or hall of Mydle Aldersey, and lands etc. in MydleAldersey, Croke Aldersey Cholley, Clutton and Codyngton, co. Chester, or elsewhere (lands etc. in Honbrige and Chester and the liberties of the same excepted); certain lands in the above towns etc. called Senokes Furtherfelde, Senokes Nerefeld, Senokes Grene, Senokes Crofte, Cokeshotefeld, Pole Croftes, the Pecle, Cholley Hey, Cholley hey more, Doddescroftes, Halfylde Ryddyng and a meadow in Croke Aldersey having been mortgaged to Rauff Brereton, gent., Sir John Holford, kt., William Wylberham, esq., Rychard Wylberham, gent., and William Ball, of Upton, whom the purchaser is to repay sums.
