Description

Indenture of Agreement, between Raphe Wynnington, of Offerton, co. Chester, gent., and Laurence Wright, of Wyche Malbanke, same co., the elder, gent., for the marriage of Laurence Wright, the younger, gent., son and heir apparent of Laurence, the elder, to Anne Wynnington, eldest daughter and co heir of Raphe Wynnington, before Easter next. Raphe Wynnington to convey before 1 May next to George Bowden, of Bowden, co. Derby, gent., Thomas Leycester, of Poole, co. Chester, gent., John Fyges, of Owenlawes, co. Salop, the younger, gent., and Henrye Bradshawe, of Marepoole, co. Chester, the younger, gent., the fee simple in a capital messuage in Offerton, called the Hall of Offerton, demesne lands of Offerton, Offerton Mille, and five pastures, Dooleyes fielde, the Mill fielde, Chauntrell fielde etc to uses. Laurence Wright before 1 May next to convey to the same trustees messuages etc. in Hospell strete, Wyche Malbanke, in tenure of Thomas Maynwaringe, gent., William Holforde, clerk, and Robert Donington, a barn and 5 pastures in Hospell strete, Wyche Malbanke, late in occupation of Robert Ithell, now in tenure of Laurence Wright pasture in Henhull, co. Chester, in holding of Thomas Jackson, and part of two wych houses, late of the inheritance of Robert Manninge, now in tenure of Laurence Wright.
