Indenture of Lease, for 80 years, in consideration of £15 and the surrender of a current lease for 14 years by Sir Christofer Hatton, K.G., Lord Chancellor, to Robart Yerdley, the elder, of Crewe, co. Chester, yeoman, of a messuage in Crewe, a weir on Crewe Brooke, meadow in demesne lands of Crewe, near adjoining pasture called Great Heythall, on south, and Stoweforde Brooke on north; rent 22s. p.a.
