Chester, or within Badington, and croft adjoining called Litle Bromleyffeilde, or Litle Myckley, then in tenure of Jasper Rutter, and before of Roger Hockenhull and William Kelsall, also pasture in Badington or Austaston, co. Chester, called Rougheffeilde, then in occupation of Jasper Rutter, pasture in Badington, called Orcharde Crofte, adjoining messuage of John Sproston, late in tenure of Laurence Wright, and before of Margaret Tyrrie, widow; for lives of Jasper Rutter, the elder, John Rutter and Jasper Rutter, the younger.
