Description

Speeches in Parliament 1640-1. Also a poem beginning "Landlesse Will, of Lambeth Strand, and Black Tom, Tyrant of our land." Epitaphs to Lord Strafford. The Bishop of Armagh's directions to the House of Parliament concerning the Liturgy and Episcopal Government. The vote of the House of Commons concerning the proportion for the Scots upon their sixth demand, 3 February 1640-1, and the Scots Commissioners' answer.
