OEuvres de Mathematiques, contenant les Elemens de Géometrie, Discours du Mouvement local, la Statique, et deux Machines propres à faire les Cadrans par le P. Ignace Gaston Pardies, de la Compagnie de Jésus. A la Haye, 1691. With the autograph of MauriceAshley, 1691, Rotterdam, and some mem. in his writing. Also the words "Ex libris R. Knight," and "S. P. Rigaud, July 11, 1812," who was Savilian Professor of Geometry at Oxford, so that after being in the possession of two persons it came back to the Shaftesbury family.
