Meryweather v Turner and others Testator or intestate: Turner, William of Woodcote Lodge, Carshalton, Surrey, esq.
William Turner died in 1829. On 3 Dec. 1829 probate was granted to Turner and others, executors. On 14 Feb. 1833, probate was confirmed by the Court of Chancery. Meryweather, daughter of the deceased, subsequently wanted the will proved in solemn form or probate revoked and granted to her.
