Receipts of contributions from the United Provinces; Pay of the army arranged company by company, with the names of the company commanders; Salaries of the Governor-General (Leicester), Sir William Pelham, marshal of the camp, Sir Philip Sidney, Governor of Flushing, and of the other officers and officials, English and Dutch; expenses of powder, shot, arms, provisions etc.
