Original Letters Patent, revoking Letters Patent of June 3rd 1766, which appointed Charles, Duke of Richmond, one of the Principal Secretaries of State, and appointing William, Earl of Shelburne, one of the Principal Secretaries of State, with an annuity of 100l. Recorded in the offices of the Clerk of the Pells and the Auditor of the Receipt of the Exchequer, and at the Treasury Chambers [The Great Seal, brown wax, on plaited pink and white cords]
