Small volume MS., bound in calf, containing A Discourse touching the .... two great offices of State, the Chancellorship and Keeper of the Great Seal, by John Selden, 1617; and copies of Records, Orders, Speeches, etc. concerning the Court of Chancery. Much of this volume has been calendared under the following titles, `Domestic Miscellaneous no. 10', `Miscellaneous Coll. no. 8', `Miscellaneous vol. 8', `Domestic Miscellaneous vol. VIII', `Domestic Miscellanies vol. III' and `Domestic Miscellaneous vol. III', in the following volumes of the Calendars of State Papers, Domestic Series: 1566-1579, 1580-1625, 1581-1590, 1623-1625 and 1635. See also Lansdowne MSS. 163.
