Plan of Territories formerly known as Kaffraria Proper, lying between the following boundaries; the Quathlamba Range on the North, the Sea Coast on the East, Natal on the North-east, and the Kei and Indwe on the South-west; [and embracing Tembuland, Emigrant Tembuland, Tembuland Proper, Fingoland, Gcaleka Land, Griqualand East, and Pondoland]. Compiled from the plans of Surveys by Surveyors C. P. Watermeyer and others, and Military Sketches by Messrs. Colley and Grant, and the Intelligence Branch of the Quarter-Master-General's Department. 5½ miles to 1 inch. Author, Publisher, etc: de Smidt, A., Surveyor-General., Cape Town.
