Midland Railway: London, Tilbury & Southend line. Diagrammatic map showing railways, distinguishing between different companies' lines and between single and double tracks; also showing ferry route between Tilbury and Gravesend. Scale: about 4 inches to 1 mile (west of North Woolwich), about 2 inches to 1 mile (central portion), about 1 inch to 1 mile (east of Barking). A note states 'LT&S Section Registered No 9858'; signed by James R Robertson, Midland Railway, 4 July 1913. Labels on the covers bear the name of P Tatlow, Midland Railway, Derby; one label dated 5 July 1910. [The London, Tilbury and Southend Railway Company was purchased by the Midland Railway in 1912.]
