Scale not shown. Compass star. Lithographed by Thomas Kell & Son, 40 King Street, Covent Garden; [?published by] Bischoff & Co. Inset: enlargement of Newport (Casnewydd) and environs; compass star. Pencilled additions in the Wernddu area. Great Western Railway Company label on the dorse, numbered as Plan 89.
