Lithographed by Martin, Hood & Larkin Ltd, Trafalgar House, Great Newport Street, London. Inset diagrams of the following areas: Bristol, Central Wales, London, Plymouth, South Wales (Neath, Cardiff and Newport) and the West Midlands (Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Stourbridge Junction). Stamped on face 'G.W.R. Swindon Drawing Office, 2 Jul. 1923'. A Great Western Railway Company Central Record Office label on the front endpaper bears the number Plan 43.
