Lithographed by Martin, Hood & Larkin, Trafalgar House, Great Newport Street, London. Inset diagrams of the following areas: Birmingham, Bristol, London, Plymouth, South Wales (Newport, Cardiff and Swansea), Stourbridge Junction, Wolverhampton and Wrexham. A Great Western Railway Company Central Record Office label on the dorse bears the number Plan 22.
