'Plan of the Great Western Railway, Bristol Division': map and section of the line from Denchworth, Berkshire (now in Oxfordshire) via Bristol to Bridgwater, Somerset, and from Swindon, Wiltshire, via Gloucester to Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, including the branch line to Cirencester; also showing other railways. Scale: 1 inch to 3 miles (horizontal); 1 inch to 250 feet [1:3,000] (vertical). Reduced from Ordnance Survey mapping and drawn by G Alfred Jermyn; engraved by Richard Palmer; published by the Great Western Railway Company, 1 December 1838. The Great Western Railway lines are highlighted in coloured ink. RAIL 1030/13 is a continuation westward of this map.
