Description

Despatches from Sir Charles Bruce, lieutenant governor, and Lord Gormanston, governor of British Guiana, dated December 1889, together with correspondence from 'offices' (Government departments and other organisations) and individuals sent during the year. Despatches are described at item level; letters from offices and individuals are not, and correspondents and subjects are as follows:
