- This enquiry was instituted by an Order in Council dated 11 Feb. 1788. The Report of the Committee was submitted to the King in Council on 28 March 1789 and was printed for Parliament. The printed Report contains supplementary evidence to 28 June 1789 not appearing in BT 6/9-11.
