Precept from Robert de Herle, Keeper of Brittany, for the King and for John, Duke of Brittany and Count of Montfort, to Sir Giles de Wryngeworth, Treasurer for the King and Duke, to abate the fees of the constable, receiver and porter at Bech', as ordained at Vannes, because several parishes of 'rancsons' of Bech' are impoverished, rebellious, or deprived of homesteads (desherbergez).
