Bond in 40 l. by John Neell, Master of the House of St. Thomas of Acon in London, and his convent, to Stratford Langthorne Abbey (John Rayfeld, abbot) to abide by the arbitration of Thomas Tyrell, knight, between the said Master and Richard Robyn of the one part, and the said Abbot and Nicholas Fleccher of the other part, as to the rents, etc., of the tenements of the said Master in West Ham, and , the possession of lands formerly held by the said Richard at will of William, late abbot, as of his manors of West Ham, East Ham, and Plays.
